Is Irving Blending & Packaging still shipping products from its facility in Saint John?
Irving Blending & Packaging continues to serve our customers all around the world.

What are the protocols for Professional Drivers picking up products at Irving Blending & Packaging?
We are here to ensure our drivers can pick up what they need, safely. The precautions we are taking to protect our staff and those picking up at our facility include asking drivers and employees to practise physical distancing by staying two metres (or six feet) apart at all times.

Is Irving Blending & Packaging allowing people to enter the building?
At this time, to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our employees, only essential Irving Blending & Packaging staff are allowed in the building.

If someone is looking to purchase lubricant products, what is the process?
While our building is closed to customers, please email all orders to lubricantsales@irvingoil.com. Upon receiving your order, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order. When the product is ready, our shipping department will contact you to coordinate a time to pick it up safely.

I’m looking to purchase bottles only; can I get those through Irving Blending & Packaging?
We can produce bottles in two different sizes and several colours using with our in-house blow molding technology.  You can learn more about the types of bottles we produce here. I have heard that Irving Blending & Packaging has a new hand sanitizer product. Am I able to order this product?
To help our communities stay safe, we have recently started producing hand sanitizer. If you want to know more about our new product, click here for more information. To place an order, please fill out our hand sanitizer contact us form. Due to overwhelming response for this product, our lead time may be longer than normal for this product. We are currently producing product for front-line essential services, but rest assured we are working hard to meet the demands of all of our customers.

Will the hand sanitizer protect me from COVID-19?
We recommend following hand cleaning processes recommended by the Public Health Agency of Canada. When soap and water are unavailable, you can count on our hand sanitizer with glycerin moisturizer. Our product is made with 73% Isopropanol Alcohol (IPA) – specifically formulated to help fight harmful bacteria and viruses.
